Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:
– Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email. Be sure to include photo/video proof of the issue.
-Verification: Once the issue is verified, we may offer:
A replacement, which will be delivered within 5–7 days.
